Julien Publishing is a graphic/web design/web hosting company that caters to small- and meduim-size businesses. Julien Publishing was started in 1997 as purely a Graphic Design company but has branched out into the New Media industry.

The company is based in New York City and was started by graphic designer, Anthony Julien, a native of Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies.

Julien earned his undergraduate degree in English Communications from Lincoln University, PA (Suma Cum Laude) and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Publications Design from the University of Baltimore in Maryland, U.S.A.
